It’s hard to believe that this Friday we will be five weeks into the term. We are delighted that all our pupils, 46 in total, have settled in well to the routine and the work. We send a special welcome to the 10 new pupils who are getting their first experience of the workshop and also to our new tutors – Maria, Emma, Elaine, Estelle and Deirdre. We hope that the experience so far is positive.

The Junior Certificate results were issued last week and we send our congratulations to our Junior Cert students of last year on their success and we wish them the best in TY or 5th Year.

Thanks to Pauline, our workshop administrator, who is there every Friday to meet parents and to deal with enquiries and financial matters.  At the moment we have a long list of pupils waiting for a place in the workshop and Susan, workshop co-ordinator, is very busy dealing with this and other matters.
